All prices are in £ Sterling.
Customers paying in other currencies
by either Credit or Debit cards will pay
the equivalent price
at the relevant exchange rate on the day
of purchase. You will receive a receipt in your local currency indicating the value of your order.
We accept:
Visa using Paypal, MasterCard
using Paypal, Paypal also accepts Switch/Maestro
and Visa Electron Debit card payments.
Once you proceed to checkout you will see on the right hand side of the screen a section entitiled "Choose a way to pay".
If you wish to pay with your PayPal account then enter your Email address and password and follow the instructions.
If you don't
have a PayPal account then click "Pay with a debit or credit card" and follow the instructions that will appear on the screen.

Postage
charge
Postage and packaging is charged at a variable rate dependent upon order value. For orders under £100 there is a standard fee of £4.95
per shipment, irrespective of the destination
of the package. This raises to £5.95 for orders between £100 and £150 and to £6.95 for orders in excess of £150.00. The system calculates the postage for you.
Returns & Exchanges: if,
for any reason, any garment proves unsuitable
we will refund or exchange it
providing that it is returned to us at
the address above within 14 days of delivery,
is carefully packed in its original packaging
and has not been worn. We reserve the
right to refuse to accept any garment which
does
not conform to these conditions. Please
remember that you are responsible for any
returned goods until they are delivered
to us. We would therefore recommend that
you get a proof of posting certificate,
free of charge from the Post Office when
you return the garment to us just in case
it fails to reach us. Unfortunately we
cannot refund the cost of return postage.
Espère Healthcare Ltd cannot accept
responsibility for failure to comply with
specific instructions stated in the brochure
or care instructions. Customers' statutory
rights are not affected by this statement.
Delivery
All items should reach
you within seven to ten working days of receipt
of order. In the UK it is often considerably
shorter. If delivery is delayed due to an
ordered item being out of stock we will inform
you immediately and keep you informed of
progress until delivery is made.
