PHONE:
if you require a brochure or wish to place an order by phone please contact us on 08700 42 42 32. Our lines are open 24 hours per day.
FAX:
feel free to send orders via our fax line on 01234 834615 at any time. Simply fill out the order form and fax it to us.
INTERNET:
You can order on-line through this secure web site at any time.
POST:
If you wish you can post the order form together with either your Credit or Debit details or a cheque or Postal Order made payable to "Espere Healthcare Ltd" to:

Please remember to write your home address, cheque card no. and expiry date on the back of your cheque.
DELIVERY:
All items should reach you within seven working days of receipt of order. If delivery is delayed due to an ordered item being out of stock we will inform you immediately. We only charge postage once per order, even if we have to send more than one parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If, for any reason, any garment proves unsuitable we will refund or exchange it providing that it is returned to us at the address above within 14 days of delivery, is carefully packed in its original packaging and has not been worn. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any garment which does not conform to these conditions.

Please remember that you are responsible for any returned goods until they are delivered to us. We would therefore recommend that you get a proof of posting certificate, free of charge from the Post Office when you return the garment to us just in case it fails to reach us. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of return postage.

Espere Healthcare Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the brochure or care instructions. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
